*AW Condition Assessment: Display Grade
Condition Notes: Condition reflects use, with some areas of significant paper loss visible along the edges. Color remains strong and the piece displays nicely when framed.

Glazing: Standard Acrylic (upgrade to Tru Vue Conservation Acrylic or Optium Museum Acrylic available)
Notes: Gallery August West is excited to present this rare pre-concert, first-printing poster by Victor Moscoso promoting a string of March 1967 Doors shows at the Avalon Ballroom. FD-50 comes from the earliest phase of the psychedelic poster movement, when print runs were small, distribution was informal, and survival rates were low—factors that continue to drive long-term collector demand. Additionally, the Doors had just hit #1 on the charts with "Light My Fire" and the pre-concert posters were quickly snatched. Surviving examples are exceedingly rare.
